The Rules.

Everything we built on Ahead The Spread, the dashboard, the splits presentation, the picks, the writeups, and the design, belongs to us. You're welcome to read it and use it to make your own calls. You're welcome to text a screenshot or a number to a friend the way you would forward a good article.

Where it stops being okay is when our work starts showing up in places we don't sell to. Posting splits, picks, or writeups inside leak Discords, betting group chats, paid or free communities that aren't ours, or social accounts that repackage what we publish as their own work is not on the table. Neither is scraping the site, screen recording the dashboard for redistribution, or piping our data into a third party tool without written permission. The line isn't talking about ATS. The line is republishing ATS.

What we don't own, we don't claim. The team logos, league marks, player names, and any other trademarks that show up next to the data belong to the leagues and rights holders they came from. We display them for one reason: identifying the games and markets the data is from. If a rights holder thinks we've crossed a line somewhere, email us first and we will fix it the same day. We are not in the logos business.

The splits dashboard aggregates publicly available trading data from major open prediction markets, along with consensus sportsbook lines and game state from public scoreboards. We work to keep it accurate and current. We cannot promise it is complete, error free, or fresh to the second at every moment, and you should not bet like it is.

Picks published on ATS are opinion based analysis from operators who follow these markets closely. When you buy a pick, a split unlock, or a membership, what you are paying for is that informed opinion and the work behind it, delivered to you at the moment of purchase. You are not buying a winning bet, a guaranteed result, or any particular outcome. The opinion is the product, and you receive it in full whether it wins or loses.

All purchases on ATS, including monthly memberships and individual pick or split unlocks, are final and non refundable. The reason is simple: what you buy is delivered the moment you buy it. A pick or split unlock opens the analysis right away and emails you a copy to keep, and a membership opens the full board the instant it starts. Because the service is provided in full at the time of purchase, a losing result is never grounds for a refund, and neither is a change of mind after the content has been delivered. You can stop a recurring membership any time from your Account page before your next billing date. As a courtesy, we send a renewal reminder 24 hours before each charge, from aheadthespread@gmail.com, so you always have a clear chance to make changes.

If you ever have a billing problem, email us first and we will sort it out. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute on content that was already delivered is not a substitute for that conversation. We keep a full record of every purchase, including the receipt we send you, proof the content was delivered, and the access tied to your account, and we provide those records in full when a dispute is opened.

One time pick and split unlocks grant access through end of day Eastern Time on the game's scheduled date. A copy of the unlocked content is emailed to you at the time of purchase as a personal record, so what you bought is yours to keep even after on site access expires. Forwarding it to a friend stays fine. Republishing it in a community or repackaging it as your own is still covered by section 01.

If a game you bought a one time unlock for is postponed, we add site credit equal to what you paid to your account, and we email you when we do. Site credit applies automatically to your next one time unlock, a pick or a split, and any leftover stays on your account. It never expires and it is not redeemable for cash. Site credit applies to one time unlocks only, not to monthly memberships, which always bill at full price. If a purchase that earned credit is later refunded, the matching credit is removed so the same purchase is never made whole twice.

Memberships come in tiers, and you can move between them. Upgrading takes effect immediately: we restart your billing cycle the day you upgrade, charge the new price, and credit the unused part of the old one, so you never pay twice for the same days. Downgrading takes effect at your next renewal, and you keep everything you already paid for until then. Canceling stops future charges and keeps your access through the end of the period you paid for. No paid day is ever taken away.

From time to time we offer complimentary access, like a free week for former members. Promotional access is a gift, not a purchase: one per person, no card required, nothing renews, and it ends on its own. It has no cash value, and we can change or end a promotion at any time.

Your membership is yours. One person, one account. Sharing a login so several people can read from one membership is republishing with extra steps, and section 01 already covers how we feel about that.

We can end access for the things that break the deal: republishing our content, scraping the site, or disputing a charge for content that was already delivered. When a payment dispute is filed on delivered content, the access tied to that payment ends immediately. A billing problem is always faster to fix over email, and we fix them every time someone reaches out first.

Past performance does not predict future results, and sports betting carries real financial risk. How you choose to act on anything you read here, the splits, the lines, or the picks, is your decision, and any gains or losses that follow are yours. ATS, its operators, and its contributors assume no liability for what you do with the information.

We may update these terms when the product or the law moves. When that happens, the updated version takes effect the moment it's posted, and the date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the service after an update is acceptance of the revised terms.
